How SyncBusy treats your calendars
Read-only by default
SyncBusy only reads your personal calendar. It writes there only if you turn on reverse sync (Pro), and then only to the calendar you choose for it.
Only touches its own events
On your work calendar, SyncBusy adds, updates, and removes its own busy blocks. It never changes your other events.
Private at work
Busy blocks are marked private. On the default setting they say you're busy, not what you're doing. The naming option that includes event titles is Pro only.
Titles not stored, credentials encrypted
SyncBusy reads event titles to sync them but keeps only a one-way fingerprint, not the title. Google tokens and iCloud app-specific passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and SyncBusy never gets your Google or main Apple ID password.
Your data isn't for sale
No ads, and your data is never sold. Analytics runs only if you accept the cookie banner, and it never receives your calendar content.
Easy to leave
Delete your account from the dashboard at any time. SyncBusy deletes your data right away, backups expire within 14 days, any subscription is cancelled, and you choose whether your busy blocks are removed too.
